Technik Sprachendienst GmbH (tsd) was founded in 1978, which gives us over 30 successful years of translation services history. Aside from
translations in all subject fields, our spectrum of services includes everything from interpreting and synchronisation, software and website localisation, through to multilingual documentation.

Aside from our headquarters in Cologne, we also have offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt am Main as well as in the US, the UK, Spain, France and Brazil.

Our Cologne office employs a staff of over 30, including project managers, translators, DTP specialists, and administration staff. Two to five members of staff work in each of our other branches. In addition to our in-house staff, we also work with around 750 trained and certified and 2,500 tested freelance translators.

We coordinate all forms of cooperation using defined and certified processes (certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and registration in accordance with DIN EN 15038:2006-08).
In addition, we use the most current translation programs and translation methods, computer-aided translation tools, terminology archives and state of the art telecommunication to ensure the highest standards of quality.

By using high tech equipment and software, we enable our customers to keep costs down and also speed up the communication process. We draw upon our linguistic and technical knowledge to help you overcome language barriers.
