Moreover, the language is also offered as a three-year Esperanto language speaking course named „Interlinguistics“ at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Poland) and even admitted as an exam subject at universities in Hungary.

In the age of the smartphones, the possibility to learn the language has also arisen. In 2015, the language learning app „Duolingo“ offered an Esperanto course for English-speaking people for the first time, which has now been taken up by 700,000 users.

 

As can be seen, in the idea of a common universal language has already been going strong for 130 years. The prospects for the language are looking good. The number of so-called “Esperantos” continues to increase.
