Transparency, security and efficacy

Our translation management system is closely connected to our quality management system. An essential specification in our quality management system is that employees, process steps and volumes of work can be clearly allocated to particular projects. To meet this specification, we use the communication and management portal “Plunet”, which compiles a range of processes and displays them in a transparent way.

So that we can use it quickly and easily in our daily business, Plunet sets workflows semi-automatically depending on the specific project and task. All projects are set up and managed in this cross-departmental system. Customers, employees and other relevant parties are saved in the system allowing for clear allocation of projects, expenditure and participants.

Alongside our internal work, the tool also facilitates external, free access for customers who might wish to exchange data, issue orders or track projects directly using this system. Data upload into the system is password protected and specially encrypted.

Customers who use their external access to the business management software Plunet can also generate evaluations and overviews and look at turnover for a selected timeframe, contact person or a selected language combination, for example.
